Clock Tower has always been an icon of old docks.

It can be accessed from the greater Waterfront via a pedestrian swing bridge, which opens and closes periodically to allow boats through.

The bridge swings over the link between the Alfred Basin and the Victoria Basin in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
It was designed and constructed in 1997.
Bridge was built to give visitors and pedestrians easy access.
